    Where to start, i bought my car about 2 months ago, promissed me warranty didnt get none! the worst sales reps and managers i've ever doubt with! Have no Customer Service Skills even my Credit Union was Surprised how unprofessional they are. Now i find out by other Chrystler owners how they "dislike" this dealship. I will never recomend them to no one....

    Poor services department. I've taken my 2008 Sebring for a warranty service, I took my car in for a warranty repair one Saturday, and they said they have to order the parts for it and it will arrived on Tuesday and said the car is not save to drive, but I don't want to leave my car there so I told them I'll come back on Tuesday, I call on Tuesday and they said they still won't have the parts and it "May" come in on Wednesday or Thursday, however, it's Friday and still they haven't got the part yet. And they want me to leave the car there? No Way and I'm looking for other better dealership for my service now.

    DO NOT BUY FROM ALHAMBRA JEEP! I have owned nothing but jeeps and NEVER had problems like with Alhambra. Within 2 months of owning my 3 year old used Jeep Commander lights were flickering, transmission was stuck in 3rd gear and weather seal came off of my windshield. When I brought it in(only warranty for 3 months) they kept it the first day because it was having electrical problems and they needed to get to the root of it and the next day magically nothing was wrong with it. I left the lot and they never fixed the weather seal! I went back and they handed me a paper to a glass place and told me to go myself to have it fixed! HORRIBLE SALES AND SERVICE! This isn't even the first incident since the time of purchase. I wrote 2 letters of complaint and have yet to hear back from the cowards.
