Can we say RUDE? Me and my spouse walked into this place wanting to see about purchasing a 5 series, no one ever greeted us, asked these guys who we should we talk to , they pointed their fingers towards the receptionist and said "You need to talk to someone over there" and immediately turn around and back to their own conversation over coffee.
The receptionist was no friendlier, saying she'll page someone soon.
We were so offended when the sales person said "we don't like to take these cars out for test driving."
OK, I admit it, we may not have dressed like we had the money to buy a brand new car there yesterday, but are we as consumers suppose to dress for them? To impress them? We had the money and ready to spend, but the whole experience was such a turn off that we had decided to look at the Audi in Pasadena instead.
Bad customer service! Especially in the service department! I bought the car from this dealership, tried to schedule an appo. for oil change; the service department never return calls to me ( I did left voice mail); and then I tried to schedule it on line; but it showed no record in their computer! When I purchased the car, the sales told me that I would have a car to use if I took the car for service; but the service department said no to me! Stay away from this dealership! Bad Bad Bad!!!
WORST BMW DEALERSHIP IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - Brought my car in to have the thermostat replaced and was over-billed 1.6 hours worth of labor charge (over a $200 difference). When I pointed this out to the dealership they would not refund the difference. The customer service is terrible, especially in this situation where the management was rude and unreasonable. My recommendation to anyone is to stay away from this dealership for repairs and search out a good independent BMW garage. I originally purchased my BMW from this dealership. After this incident I refuse to give them any more business and have been spreading the word around to friend/family regarding their unfair practices. THE SHORT ANSWER IS STAY AWAY - THIS DEALERSHIP WILL CHEAT YOU IF GIVEN THE CHANCE.
