My first visit was @ 10 years ago. It caused me to do return business. My clock was fixed (cost $200.00) Then my next visit was @ 3 years ago (cost $150.00) my clock needed to be cleaned and oiled. My last visit was in late March early April (cost of 150.00) The clock chimes at 00, 15, 30, and 45. The clock wasn't working so in I took it in. I was told that I would recieve a call when the work was done. No call ever came in. So I had my wife stop by to see if it was done. When I finally had it running I found it wasn't done correctly. Instead of ringing at the set minutes it rang at 05, 20, 35, and 50. I had my wife return the clock to be fixed again. She was told there was a hang up on the inside and it would be fixed in about 2 days. So 4 days later she went back to see if it was finished. She was told yes and given the clock. Again trying the clock the chime was going off at 05, 20, 35, 50. and sometimes not at all.Because of the lack of communication and not fixing the clock as promised ( two times). I still have my clock but it isn't working properly. I WILL NOT RECOMEND OR DO FUTHER BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Antonio Moralez
