My wife and I had breakfast recently at La Posta. They have new owners and while the restaurant was good previously, the new owners has kicked it up a notch. I had one of the breakfast specials, a ribeye with eggs and hashbrowns or home fries. Normally in the back country the prices are high and the portions meager. Not so here. The ribeye was a good size steak and very tasty. The chef does need to pay more attention to the customers preference for doneness. i asked for my steak to be medium and it was almost too rare. My wife had the home fries with her order and I had the hash browns. The hash browns were good but the homefries were outstanding. Now the prices are a little more but the quality is well worth the higher price. Good Luck to the new owners. I'll be a regular now.
