User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBAD SERVICE!!! They overcharged me for an Omega repair and didn't do a great job. The watch still doesn't keep good time and they scratched the face while repairing it. would not recommend to anyone

If you're looking to get a battery or strap replaced, go to TimeZone. However if you need your luxury timepiece repaired, I would go back to the manufacturer or seek elsewhere. I had a luxury watch "refurbished" here and it came back still in the exact same shape as I had left it. I was left with a broken watch and out $400. After determining TZ could do nothing with it, I got the watch back and chalked it up to a lesson learned not to get oversold on their service abilities.

I have ben a customer for 12 years and I would not go anywhere else for service. Michael Helmi is an expert watchmaker and it is a pleasure to continue doing business with him.
