User Rating: 5 out of 5 starswell from what i can read from here are a bunch of people that just want there way. you have to look at it at there point of view. they have to answer the phone and help you at the same time while not falling behind on work. I been going here for well over three years and they always have my husbands military uniforms done on time.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is terrible, they refuse to get off the phone with their friends and husband and they lose your things. I have been to this store 4 times and the first 3 both girls were talking on the phone, one was talking to her friends about absolutely nothing and the other one was talking to her husband about how bored he was at home because he had absolutely nothing to do and was just calling to annoy the customers. The last time I went which was yesterday, they decided it would be awesome to lose my uniform that I need by today and they had me waiting about 40 minutes while they were on the phone and pretending to look for my pants in the same place over and over, and this was just the 2 girls in the front. There were guys there too and the first was doing absolutely nothing but look bored and the other one was busy watching the baby girl that roams the store. If you want to waste your time and be treated like you don't exist then go ahead and take your business there but if you don't then go ANYWHERE else.

I do not recommend this cleaner. There was a giant mangled safety pin caught in the lace of my skirt. When I brought in more clothes for dry cleaning, I told them about the safety pin. I asked to speak with the manager once the lady in the front would not get off the phone with her friend. She told me to wait while she went to the back to speak with him but came back to tell me every reason why that could not happen. Basically they assumed I was lieing and told me I should have driven over with the pin in my skirt (mind you in the back of it which I sat on). What was intended to be a warning of potential danger turned into a completely unpleasane experience. I took my clothes and left. If you don't mind being stabbed then try your luck at this cleaner.

I have to defend this company here. From your review anyone can see you are assuming and blaming here , unless you are a gov operative and have phone taps and file search capabilities to verify a call (sorry had to say that), could this girl have been with a customer call? Also with your skirt having a giant mangled safety pin on the lace ?have damaged the skirt? yet you waited to report it until you took clothes in? Could you not have picked it somewhere while wearing it and assumed and blamed this cleaners? After reading this I wouldnt believe you either. You exaggerate. Something just does not add up here. I know this cleaners, as a weekly customer, and the people there are very friendly and hard working. There must be another reason here ?
well it looks like you defend them too much, maybe you work there or you have not been to the same store the lady wo left the first review and I have. Be serious they ARE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE and pay absolutely no attention to customers.
Sandy, No I do not work there. Believe me I have been to other cleaners and have had worse happen. I don't write bad reviews because small businesses are prone to be run imperfectly at times. A bad review, because you get upset for a certain thing, instead of e- mailing , phoning,leaving a messege for the owner, etc. as direct complaint to a business gives them no chance for correcting it.If what you state really happened I am sure it would have been corrected and compensated , and believe me others will not even try. You seem to fail to state if your uniform was found? From where I read, these bad reviews are intentional damage and from vengeful people.
