We visit this place on our visits to Borrego and are never disappointed! Without a doubt, the BEST lemon drop martini in California and I've tried many.
The food is good bar food.
Andy is thye mixoligist extrodinaire.

Be sure to stop by Carlee's Place if you're visting Borrego Springs, California. It's an institution to say the least. Was the food fantastic? Not really, but good enough for the desert. Was the service a-one? Hardly. The waiter forgot our salad and the side of peppers for my grinder sandwich. Was the entertainment enthralling? Interesting is a better word. It was karaoke night and the same three old-timers kept getting up to sing. It was a tad loud and most of the time they were way off key...but, it was interesting. Next time, I'm sitting at the bar (where the music will be a little quieter) to dine.

It's Always cooler at Carlee's!!! This little desert Bar and Grille is located in the heart of this cute clean and friendly town.
Hosting a menu of 102 entrees. From the Famous Carlee Burger to the Best Ribeye Steak in the Desert.
With a Full Bar, the refreshments are unlimited.
Karaoke Saturday is always a fun night!
Carlee's Place ~~where people meet and friends gather~~~
