User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIf you didn't buy your BMW here, you made a mistake. The purchase is terrific, the service department is WORLD CLASS! I have NEVER been treated better than at Cunningham BMW. Talk to Terry Vestal or Chris Levy. These two gentlemen are terrific.

The used car sales advisor and mgr we encountered were a bunch of neanderthals. The service department mgr and the sales advisor/mgr did not communicate about the products they have in stock which made my life a living hell. It really wasn't about the fact that they did not have the part in stock it was the lack of communication with us which made them look even more inadequate. Couple this with the concern I had after owning my car for less than 4 days that the "engine oil level is below minimum" display came on. The service advisor told me that they topped off the engine oil when I called back later that day to find out that the part was not in stock and it was never going to be because they part was no longer being produced (WOW). This whole fiasco has been rather unnerving for me. I hate to say it but if this is moving up then I'd should have considered that I was already in a good car.
