They showed me a car, it was a good price andI took it. IT WAS A FREAKING LEMON AND THEY WON'T FIX IT!
I went to this dealership and I looked at only a few cars. I ended up deciding on a SUV. After providing all of the information to them, they qualified me and had me sign loan papers and handed me the keys. Almost 3 weeks later the loan officer called me and said that the loan had not been approved and then asked me to return the vehicle. I had driven it for 3 WEEKS! I was under the impression it was MY car! Then she acted like it wasn't a big deal that I had to bring it back. PLUS it took them FOREVER to give me back my down payment. DONT go here! They are lousy salesmen that dont care about the people they just want to make money no matter the cost!
This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. They were so nice until I purchased a truck from them. Once I purchased the truck, they ignored me. When I purchased my truck I asked if they could fill up the tank with gas (this was before the gas prices went up), they said they were going to have to ask management. I asked if they could please put at least some gas to get me home because the tank was completely empty. After waiting forever they finally got approval for $3.00 of gas. The sales person asked me if I wanted to go with him to the gas station to put in the gas. I agreed to go. On the way there, we ran out of gas. the sales person asked if he could use my cell phone to call the dealership to have them come and help. Because of all the trouble, they promised me a free bed liner for my truck(word of mouth only). I kept calling to ask if my free bed liner had arrived. They kept coming up with excuse after excuse. I just gave up. I never received my bed liner. I am ready to purchase another car and I am going to stay away from Worthington Dodge. Do not buy from them!! all they care about is their commision. They don't care about customer satisfaction!!!! I told all my friends and family not to purchase from them.
