    When my accident I was terrified. I had to go here for insurance reasons and after reading the other review I was worried. However my service at Carlsbad toyota was wonderful. I was out of state but the keept in great contact. After picking it up one part had accidently not been connected and the fixed it and sent a gift basket appology. I had great service over all. Ask for John strong.

    Customer Service Baaaaad: They do good work, but their customer service stinks. They tell you the car will be done in a week, and its three. Or more!
