User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIm from Ohio and visited Escondido for a wedding. Man, Jiberto's was my stop for food everyday of the 2 weeks i was there. The Menu is Vast and extremely cheap. Still looking to Franchise it here in Ohio. God I miss that place
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am so sad right now I have to eat food from another place because my favorite place to eat and I mean it is closed. :( They have the best dam food in town better then any other shop near or around. I go here often and I am white and they are the only place not to treat me different or awkward because I am white. And they make some dam good salsa too, I get some sometimes just to use on my food because its so yummy. Not watery like this burrito from a local place that was open and I paid nearly $5.00 for this burrito and its less then 1.2 the size of my regular burrito from this great place and its not as yummy and the salsa is so watery. Not real Mexican food man this is more like a taco bell burrito its not good at all. Please if you live near this place go here they are awesome and I always love tipping because they are so awesome and nice once I mistaken ordering and they didn't even charge me for the fries they put on due to my orderings. So kind and nice makes me wish I could stay in the area just for their yummy food.

FYI I also have eaten real Mexican food in Mexico was raised in some ghettos where I learned Spanish quick and I know the difference in Mexican and American Mexican this place is true Mexican with some great spice and some kick and a great deal not to mention great food.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDelicious. Who knows how long it will take me to work my way through the entire menu; I'm stuck on the bean and cheese burrito right now. And the salsa bar ROCKS! I stick with salsa roja and pico de gallo; they have a special no-spill ladle so you make less of a mess.
