   I love Synergy Yoga! It is definately not a cult! It is just the best studio I have ever been to... It has changed my life...and I plan to do synergy yoga every day of the rest of my life!

   This is one of my favorite yoga studios! We are so lucky to have this in Encinitas. I hope it doesn't close down. Enjoy it while it's here because it's a disciplined, yet loving and supportive and environment to do yoga and enlivens the spirit and body to a higher place.

   I go every day !!!!!!!: This is a warm inviting and caring yoga studio.
   I would recommend any to try them and be amazed at the friendly atmosphere.
