User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Dry Cleaner every experienced: I've been using Top's on Encinitas Blvd since I moved to San Diego in July of 1994. In the beginning I had tried others in and around the area, but I always came back. Living in Del Mar, La Jolla, Encinitas and Carlsbad... it didn't matter. I'm not terribly familiar w/the owner and her husband, however their younger sister, Rrea, along with all of the employees and their level of customer service has kept me there and will continue to keep me there until I leave San Diego. Twice in 12 years I have had dress shirts damaged in the process and w/out saying more than 10 words I was credited the value of each shirt toward my balance. I also have all of my alterations done there and refer all of my friends. Top's cleaner is just that... The Tops!!! Thanks to them for keeping me looking my best.
