User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI some what agree with the posting by Dr. J.T. Jones below! In my case, the guy who presented himself as the sales manager was very unprofessional, ubrupt, and rude. As a referral from a membership store, he had previously agreed to beat the bid I had from a different Honda dealership. When I met him he offered me $12 less than the other firm bid I had! It was an insult to my intelligence.
The idiot seemed to lack common sense - to get a $12 discount, I had to waste 1.5 hours of my time, and gas to get there. He also mentioned that the deal is off the table if I leave the dealership!
I simply walked out. I will never buy anything from this dealership even if it was FREE!-

This dealership is a gigantic sham!!
My friend went into simple compare prices for a car, and the guy helping him told him one price, then , wrote up a contract with another price.
They are definitely the most dishonest dealership I have ever gone to and would never go there myself.

This guy, Dave Sallow, claimed he was the "nice guy" and I brought an ad from the newspaper to compare prices with another dealership. The SOB went to his manager with the ad and claims he somehow lost the ad in the process of going over there!!
What's wrong with this picture, Honda of Escondido, be honest and STOP PULLING SCAMS TO GET A DEAL. I have reported them to the BBB. Beware!
