I purchased a BMW and experienced the worst customer service ever and would stray away from this organization. There is no integrity and they do no back up there products. Rude, unprofessional and shady. Stay away.

So if you are thinking of buying car there, I urge you to go elsewhere as you will get a car and once they have your money, they cut you off and avoid their responsiblity as a seller.

Worst Experience for Amazing Car: I purchased a new beautiful BMW M3 with the lease agreement. I was very diasappointed by the following.

1. During the meeting with the financing guy, they pushed up the monthly rate indicating that our agreement for monthly milage was substantially lower. This was not true. They added both lowjack and paint protection without letting me know boosting their price.

2. Since I reside out of state, I needed a registration taken care of properly. I had to go back to the dealership on 4 different occcasion and it was still not handled properly despite their promises initially. They would tell me they would call me then I would actually have to visit them at the dealership to get any answer. They told me it was all done and taken care of, and it wasn't. For tax reasons it was imperative this be taken care of properly. I had to deal with this myself. The saddest portion of this is that it would have taken them one or two phone calls to resolve this issue. They didn't even bother doing that!

3. Salesperson did not know what the buttons on the stearing wheels meant ( M track mode). He didn't know whether the navigation can show street by street indicator. He told me he would look into it and never called me. He would promise to call me regarding the registration and never called me. I had to visit the dealership 4 times and it was still not resolved.

I spent more money and time purchasing from this place. The post purchase service is nonexistant. Not even a voluntary phone call.

I would say I love the car but the service was completely lacking. I would not recommend anyone purchasing their vehicle here.

The car on the other hand is phenomenal. I only wished I had purchased the car where they are willing to take care of you after you sign.
