The best food in Ramona.
Customer service is first rate.
We stopped in while we were vacationing on our honeymoon....it was delicious (try the Lemoncello!). I recommend to anyone!!!!
Warm and Wonderful, Get the Dinners for Two.: Walked in and were greated with a beautiful smile and excellent suggestions for dinner. Because of the excellent service and good value I am giving this a "Good" rating.
These people really try to take care of you without running your bill up. Another reason for a "Good" rating.
The water was served with lemon upon request. There was a noticable laughter and warmth in this restaurant.
For $22, the wife, my daughter and I ordered salad, heated (yummy) bread, pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, and lasagna. Enough to feed four, we like to take home leftovers.
The salad had real goods flavor to it. Do not deprive yourself of the yummy flavors when you dip the bread in the salad dressing. It there is only one thing you eat here, I say order this with the bread.
The pizza was good enough, but with a little better crust I would rate it far better. I still think it is good pizza though.
The spaghetti and ravioli were served together and by this time. I was really full so I cannot honestly rate them other than say they were good for someone already stuffed. My wife and daughter went to town on these.
I can honestly (and sadly) say the lasagna was less than ok. We have went back a couple times since I originally wrote this and I stand by this statement.
The next day I opened the refridgerator to find the leftovers already eaten by my wife, my daughter, and friends. I sure am glad I secretly ordered a Torpedo Sandwich that I had hid in the vegetable drawer. Although the sandwich was over-priced ($7.50 if memory serves me correctly) it was really good the next day.
Overall, for Ramona, this is the Italian place to go to.
