The best GM ever, but can't say much about the Service Dept! They tried to rip off my mom who really had nothing wrong with her car! They could get something fixed right the FIRST time on my car it took 4 times! Something that was suppose to take 3-4 days on my car took 3 WEEKS! If I didn't have a great relationship with the GM I would NEVER go back there, but now I am starting to have 2nd thoughts!!!
The service deptarments needs to have a visit from the corporate Nissan people..are they really trying to satisfy their customers or just do something to their cars to have them come back and spend more $?!?!?! -

worst service iv ever recived im surprized its still open with the type of scaming they do do not trust anything they say...ive never been so insulted by " an expirenced sales staff" i know why the service was bad by name.. but i wont stoop as low as them
