The best place in town. Suzie does my hair and many of my friends, she is awesome. She is always consistant, does what you ask, not what she wants to do, does incredible color and is sweet as can be. as for nails, Maureen is awesome. The shop is beautiful and I have heard nothing but good things about everyone that works there. Try it, it is the best place in San Diego by far.
