User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had the most pleasant experience buying our Civic at Poway Honda. They have a salesman there named Gary that really listened to our needs. He really wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted and was not high pressured at all. The prices on the cars were not at all inflated, such as we found at the majority of other dealers. They were fairly priced and they had the CARFAX report right inside the car. The cars were "Honda certified" and that gave us a lot of peace of mind. Gary even showed us the Kelly blue book value on the car; that's NEVER happened to us before.
Most other salesman either didn't acknowledge us or they wanted the sale before even getting to know us; we feel very fortunate that we met Gary that day! He is very professional and personable. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.-

We have two Hondas and over the past couple of years have had both of them regularly serviced by Poway Honda. I have always been pleased with their work and the way we have been treated. They once made a mistake when servicing one of our cars, but took care of it immediately when I brought it to their attention. I received a full refund with no questions asked. No hassles and no problems â they made it right. They are professionals, always courteous and efficient and their prices seem reasonable when compared to others.
I usually try to deal with a service rep named Pete, a middle aged guy who really knows Hondas. He has always been straight with me and helpful in dealing with warranty and service questions. When Pete is not there, the other reps I have dealt with have also been helpful and made sure the job has been done right. They also return your car to you after washing and drying it. Itâs a small thing but nice. I am impressed with the professionalism of this service department. -

salesman at this dealership are money hungry and unethical because they just want their client to sign up for the loan with high interest. It was the most unbearable experience and I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone
