I was there in , April this year for my Birthday , for dinner....... I did Not like the service at all ,the waitress was almost rude , the food was good even though is was a Small amount for the price they charged..... Also there was no bread only these crackers they serve. I'll Never eat there again nor will I recommend it ........ Only will I go there to have a drink & appitizers at the bar but that's all ,That's the only part of the restaurant that's worth it ......... Mark in ,San Diego

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed everything there. The food was higher priced than listed here. Dinner entrees are between $20-30. Starters were $10+. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice romantic dinner.

I love The Prado. I've been there several times and the food is always delicious. The flat bread and chipotle hummus are a great start, and they automatically bring water with lemon, which I love. We started with the Calamari Fries - hands down the best calamari I've had. The calamari is perfectly cooked, and covered in a crunchy, sweet and spicy sauce. Plus its served with a tasty coleslaw salad. Next the wedge salad, which again was one of the tastiest I've had. The blue cheese was creamy and the bacon was crisp. Our entree was almost perfect, which is why I've only given it four stars. We split the Earth & Ocean. The short ribs are to die for, melt in your mouth delicious. Unfortunately, the lobster was not so good. It was cooked in a lemon butter sauce and the lemon was completely overpowering. It gave the lobster an almost sour taste. Our final dish was the cream cheese flan - again, very tasty! Best part: for the month of September, all California wines are half off. We had a very good bottle of 2004 Jordan Cabernet - half price! Can't beat it. The service was good for the most part (some of the food runners were questionable). Overall, I'd definitely recommend the Prado!
