Company Information: Red Circle Cafe encompasses a Russian theme, both in its dinner menu and its drink menu, which features more than 100 varieties of vodkas. Since 2000, club-goers frequent this 30,000 square foot giant and embrace the nightclub music and glitz. Owner Mike Viscuso, also owner of the local restaurant, E Street Alley, has created an upscale establishment-- caviar is on the menu.     The Red Circle food is disasterous. Followed by horrable service and tacky deco. I sujest spending your money, some where else with a more up to date menue and atmosphere.

    This is the best happy hour spot I have found downtown - I got half off a bottle of wine and 25% off our entire food order. Plus, they gave us free edamame right when we sat down. The food was incredible - one of the best restaurants I've been to downtown so far!

    This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The gourmet tapas are outstanding and the bar is very hip with great music.
