   Great place to buy and also have repairs done: Mike and I went in to 'just look around'. We wanted to compare the VW Passat to the Audi A4. The salesman let us take our time and didn't 'hover' while we were looking around. We were there on a Sunday evening and didn't even realize that they were closing up. We ended up taking home the A4 in part because the sales staff was so helpful and unintimidating.
   
   We've had the car for almost 3 years now and Metro is the only place we've ever had the car serviced. The staff is great. We've gotten the car back when they've said and since the Audi is covered by the maintenance warrenty, everything is free to maintain the car (even brakes and wipers). Love the car, love the dealer.

   sales great but service dept not so great: Ive bought 6 cars from them and love their sales dept. 5 stars
   but for servicing my car its always a hassle, so I end up going somewhere else...sorry 2 stars
