User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe hotel is overall very nice. The rooms are spacious and very neat. There is some definite needs for updating though. The A/C systems, pocket bathroom doors and showers are showing their age.
Staff was "typical" of a hotel this size, and I experienced no problems during the stay from them.
Issues with this hotel:
Checking in SUCKS! They have a very small turnout in front of the hotel to park when you check in. I had to go around the block 4 times till someone left. Street parking is non-existent. Then they wanted my car keys while I checked in (I hate that). Oh and the lobby is on the 12th floor. So it takes a while.
Parking here is a pain. You can only park on the 11th floor. Yes, 11 floors up. That's 7 floors in a spiral, then the last 4 are a tour of each floor and up ramps. Tonight when I was considering heading out, the entire floor was FULL. People were hunting spots. I opted to walk and keep my spot.
So, overall, a great place...drawbacks are parking for checking and parking in general.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWonderful Service: Stayed here for a week with my sister, aunt and cousins. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. Would stay here each time I visit. No complaints.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place was bad!: My wife and I stayed on our wedding day and we had a hard time getting into our rooms. Then after we wrote a letter we received a free nights stay as a gift for the inconvenience. Then when we returned for that second time, we were sent to someone else's room! Then we were finaly (after a lot of waiting) put into a room of our own! The staff just didn't seem (2X) like they knew what they were doing. (there is more but I really didn't feel like typing in all of the other things that went wrong) This place just sucked!
