AWFULLY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. It took this restaurant over 30 min to serve me 1 specialty California roll and the place was not busy.
The 2 sushi chiefs were confused about what orders went out and where to sending orders to the wrong table. While I was waiting for the over 30 min for sushi, both sushi chief at times were not doing anything.
Do not get me wrong, the roll was good but the service was pitifully. I personally will not go back due to high priced sushi and horrible services
PS: When this was owned by someone else about 10yr ago, the sushi was excellent, well priced and the service was good.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! But the sushi is AMAZING! I tell myself "I am never coming back" everytime, but continue to return purely because of the fish (mainly the Protein roll). I suggest going when your not starving, because the staff takes at least 20min to drop off a check when the party is clearly finshed with their food. The staff is seemingly "out of it" nightly, making those who are waiting; wait for a rediculously long time... I hate to say it, but I promise you the sushi is worth it.
The business hours that are listed on this site are incorrect. I found out the hard way and got there at 5 pm on a Sunday eve. And, found out that they do not open until 5:30 pm. It is a good overall sushi bar. The service is generally not good. Bad attitude and slow.
