    WROST STEAKS IN SD: The restaurant has a great view. I don't know about the sea food but the steaks are awful my steak was over cooked and my boyfriend's was very dry the vegetables taste like if they were cooked in the morning and kept warm thruought the day (we went for dinner around 7pm) and he spend about $100 for both steaks and not worth the money I will never go back to this restaurant again

    We don't get this in Oklahoma!: Being from Oklahoma and visiting in San Diego, my husband and I made a pact to not eat beef (we can get the best steaks in the world in Oklahoma) and to only eat seafood and local fare. Our first night in San Diego we ate at the Harbor House. I didn't know what to order but I knew that everytime I turned a cooking show on T.V they were cooking scallops. So I wanted to see what all the fuss was about so I ordered scallops. WOW! They melted in my mouth! They were prepared to perfection. The wait staff was so helpful to us "out of towners". The service was awesome. The entire experience was so romantic. The harbor lights flickering from a distance added the perfect ambience to one of the most wonderful evenings I have had in many years. The food, the view, everything..welcome to San Diego and thanks to Harbor House I will never forget it!
