Appliance Alley

Finally after 13 long years my Viking Refrigerator was laid to rest. Unfortunately it was time to start shopping around. I first went to Aztec but they really didn't have what I was looking for, plus it seemed as if most of their refrigerators had fallen of the back of someones truck (literally). I mean when they say scratch and dent, they really mean it. My next stop took me over to PacSales. They had a large showroom, but that's about it. I tried to ask questions which only seemed to irritate the salesman. I mean I would ask something and he would just sigh heavily (you know that irritated "hurry up" kind of sigh) like I'm just wasting his time, doesn't he know I can hear him. My last stop was at Appliance Alley. As soon as I walked through the doors a salesman started to walk over, I thought to myself "Great here we go again..." Man, was I wrong. He said, "Welcome to Appliance Alley would you like a bottle of water while you look around?" It was nice to be greeted without having that sleazy used-car salesman feel. They had a nice floor plan, and eventhough I had my mind set on another Viking, the salesman showed me comparable and much better products. I ended up making a great purchase at Appliance Alley. The biggest factor in my decision wasn't necessarily the price, it was the customer service. If you need any appliances, go to Appliance Alley you won't regret it. Thanks Appliance Alley for all your help.

i found the staff at Appliance alley to be very knowledgable, there answered my questions without the pressure i felt a other stores. the selection of products also impressed me. the service from the time we entered the store to the installation crew was first rate.

These guys are the greatest, they helped me more than any other place I went. They realy know their product, and know how to listen to thier customers.
I went in with just a drawing of what I wanted my kitchen to look like, and they found everything I needed, and gave me a great deal to boot
I strongly recomend them for appliances
