User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsHometown Food: Valley Canter is graced to have this little hometown cafe. My family truely enjoys coming in to eat. The food reminds me of the cafe I went to as a little girl in Texas, and the people have the small town feel of the little town I grew up in.

Good Food & Service with a Smile: This little oasis in the midst of some serious road construction consistently cooks very good homestyle meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner. The owner, Kay, always brings a big smile to your table and wants to expand and upgrade the restaurant as soon as she is allowed to and it's feasible. After moving here in 2004 Papa Bears was the first place we dined at and always have enjoyed the meals and service.
