I would agree to all the comments down below, this dealership deserves no stars or what so ever. I came here to this dealership to get rid of my Z, because I got tired of driving a sports car and wanted something that can seat more than one passenger. I went through so many different sales man and then all hide because they don't have enough confidence for a good sales pitch. Then they sent out this cocky salesman "floor manager", I told him I want to get an estimate on my car because that's what they told me they would do if I bring my car in. Instead he wanted to do a credit check and he said that he can not help me any further if he does not run my credit. I think it is all BS because you could always run a credit check after the fact that you know how the numbers are. I figured this guy is too lazy to help me and is trying to give me "the best possible way" to get a vehicle and that is ALL BS! He asked me if I wanted to down and if I have good credit I told him my credit is not up to par and that I do not have a down as of this time, he then started to get snobby and look down on me because I would not give any down payment. I told him that I atleast want an estimate and he could not give me a written estimate because I know damn well my car is worth more than he said it was. Please please, save yourself before you go here. I bet you if I did had cash money he would change his attitude real quick. I'm not suprise why there is no customers around or anyone stopping by. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE. All and all with whatever is going on with the economy now, they might as well throw in a towel because all those cars are just going to collect dust.
WOW! I tell you when people try to make a sell they will do whatever it takes and say whatever it takes to get a sale! I cannot belive this just happened to me I bought a car and a couple of days later they call me and say we could not find a bank to finance you, BS They never told me that was going to happen they stated the opposite and told me they had found a bank and now they want me to choose another car, its BS A A cosumer going to Pcific Nissan for the first time was ok, the service seemed all great however its all bs, just remeber that they will lie,a nd do whatever it takes to get you to buy a car from them Please be aware! it sucks!
We purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa from here in July of 2007. The mileage sticker in the window stated that the car would be getting 28 miles city and 35 highway. My husband drives mostly freeway and gets 23 miles to the gallon on a good week. We are extremley disappointed with this. We had a 1998 Toyota that was paid for that we traded in to get this car and now wish we never had.The toyota hands down got better gas mileage than our new Versa. So now we have a car payment and higher fuel costs than we had before. If you're buying this car because it's cute and fun to drive then go ahead, but if you're buying it to save on fuel buy a Honda Civic it will be worth it in the long run to spend the extra money, you'll make it up in your fuel costs, I wish that's what we would have done. I've tried for several months to off load this car but after less than a year of owning it I will have to take over a $4,000 loss which I can't afford to do right now. My daughter-law owns a Honda Civic which is a much higher grade car than my Versa and between car payments and fuel costs we are both spending about the same amount of money a month, and her car has a much higher resale value. In fact she tried out a Versa a few weeks ago to she if she would like it and quickly got her Civic back. (She didn't believe me about the poor gas mileage) had to see for her self. Was so happy to be back in her Civic. I WARNED HER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would never go back to this dealer again. What they have cost us by the lies about gas mileage I can't even begin to guess.
