User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is horrible. All the food is crap. Everybody is rude that works there. This is not authentic Italian food---no way!!! My boss makes us eat there for some strange reason but his stomach doubles as a trash compactor.

Seat yourself- never a good sign, they don't know who to wait on first, if at all. Young waitress was rude..she pretty much threw the menu's on the table, and didn't say a thing. This place is called an Italian restaurant, but it's very un-Italian. The Italian sub sandwich is terrible- cotto salami very poor quality, and the mortadella was bad as well, no hard or Genoa salami, no capacolla. The Italian roll was low quality as well. The Caesar salad was the worst...cheap creamy caesar dressing and they put mozzarella cheese on top- very strange. The lettuce and tomatoes were very poor quality and I know why. I saw their produce being delivered out of an old beat up van that was unrefrigerated!!! This is against the health code in California. Do you leave your lettuce out at home or put it in the fridge? What is with the smell in the back dining room? The parking lot exit is a joke. I will never go back to this place. I have no problem paying a premium for good food, but this was $40 for two people and everything was crap. RIPOFF. You can go to Il Fornaio or Maggiano's and pay the same $, but get authentic, quality food...I think Shakey's Pizza is probably even better.
