Beautiful hotel with nice well kept lawn and grounds. Beautiful Pool with bar attached makes relaxing easy. Tip to travellers if you do not like late night noises stay away from the 100 to 300 buildings as this is where the concert stage is located. On the flip side if you want to enjoy free concerts and performances try to get into the 100 and 200 building. There is room service with available morning breakfeast delivery. The cleaning staff does an excellent job of making sure that the rooms were kept clean and fresh with new towels and sheets. The only down side that I would have is that the only down side is its distance from other attractions. I would stay here again if and when I visit again.

Good hotel, nice view, comfortable king bed/pillows, clean bathroom, clean room. This hotel definitely has an island vibe to it. Customer Service was good/professional. Only downfall is that we can hear other guest going up & down the stairs late at night. Other than that it was o.k. & we will be back.

My family and I stayed at the Humphrey's Half Moon Inn. We had a great experience. The first room was dark and had cracked tiles in the shower. I requested for a room with a tub and we were moved to a second floor room in another building with vaulted ceilings and a view of the S.D. skyline. What a difference. The room was bright, clean and roomy. The customer service was great, but I also assume that we were given this option because we checked in at noon instead of at 4pm. The Indigo Girls were having a concert while we were there and we were debating on whether we should leave the hotel and possibly not have parking when we returned, but the staff was great about assisting us with parking when we returned. The parking was actually closer to our building than where we originally parked. Another great thing was that they had beach cruiser bikes and we borrowed from the front desk. The pool was nice and clean and very comfortable. Overall experience was great. I assume that if we we didn't speak up when we were put in the original room that was dark, old, and smelly, we may have written a different review. We will definitely stay again.
