Not only that, but his estimation of the judges response was right on the money. I truly trust him to lay out the facts without sugar-coating or giving me false hope. He knows how to see a problem ahead and is well prepared to take it on as best as can be. He is always prompt, professional, and courteous as well as genuinely caring about the emotional toil the process was putting me through. I couldn t ask for more than that! -
