User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe headlights on my Toyota burned out. I brought my car in to get new headlights. They wanted $168 to change my headlights. They told me that the lamps that they were putting in were high quality and cost $33 each. I went to Walmart and bought the exact same bulbs that were in the car for $8 a piece. The first ones came with the car and are 10 years old. The maintenance department of Toyota, Carlsbad is a ripoff.

Agree with previous review. I was kept on hold for over 12 minutes, and then my appointment was lost when I arrived for service. Car was kept twice as long as estimated and maintenance rep redefined the term "rude".
