   Went there for the first time today -- It was clean, lots of organic treats and cookies I've never seen before. I was intrigued. They gave me free conditioner since it was my first time there. All in all, it was good - I liked it. Couple negatives kept it from getting 5 stars: It's hard to get big dogs in the tub because their "stairs" are steep & the staff needs work! They weren't unfriendly but no way friendly either. 2 of the 3 girls there didn't smile once and just seemed like they didn't want to be there.

   Very unfriendly and unhelpful employee. Wouldn't go back. For about $10.00 more, I could have taken my dog to a complete groomers and had him dried and his nails cut.

   NIce, but pricey. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
