The vet may do a good job but the front office is downright rude. Vet techs....please don't act like your the vet . You need to enter scheduled appointments in the computer.....and when you make a mistake, apologize. Don't act like its the customers fault.

I didn't see the vet until almost an hour after my appointment, not a single person apologized for the delays nor gave a reason. The vet didn't know about a VERY common medication used to treat yeast infections, the vet tech and vet got in a "disagreement" about if my dog needed his nails cut or not, in front of me! They then wanted my previous vet's information and when I told them it wasn't necessary because I wasn't coming back the lady got really pissed but didn't once ask why... The treatment didn't work and I had to see another vet. Don't go here, unless you have a day to sit and wait way past your appointment time and have doubts about what treatments your pet really needs. A huge disappointment!!!!
