    I had a bad experience with a used car deal. I discussed this with management and found Pearson Ford to be very responsive and helpful. They got me into a new Ford Focus at a good price with a great warantee. I was very pleased with my buying experience and the helpful management. My first service on the car was very extensive and free. I would recommend Pearson to a friend.
