    This is an excellent spot. A little pricey but, you're paying for the real estate. Across from the Port, you can watch ships come in and out or behind the Hotel is a nice sized Harbor. Good walking opportunities and central close to lot's of SD activities. The rooms are a little old school for the price. The restaraunt is excellent, as well.

    Loved it! Will go back soon!: My boyfriend and I stayed in San Diego for our 2nd anniversary. We almost chose another hotel (I wanted a more expensive one) and I'm glad we didn't! Our room had a view of the beautiful bayside and ducks. The bed was very comfortable and the room seemed to be very clean! We didn't have a single problem with our stay. I brought my laptop with me and had access to free wireless internet. The location was nice too because we weren't too far from the Gaslamp or Coronado.

    Con: The fitness room was tiny. Plus, I tried booking a room for 1 night on my birthday, but since it's Memorial Day weekend, there's a 3 night minimum. I ended up staying 3 nights and was NOT disappointed. Amazing! Also... even if the privacy card is on the door, make sure you lock ALL locks... we learned that the hard way.

    Everything else was nice!

    Location and value: Beautiful location and great views at a reasonable price. The staff was nice and the room was kind of old but very clean. We're definitely staying here again.
