Stopped in for a lite lunch and had the Miquel's sampler. Every item on the plate was hot and tasty. Service was great and the wait staff fun and friendly. The salsa could use a little BAM!

I was in San Diego on business in March and as a recommendation of hotel staff on the marina I went to this restaurant. This was some of the best mexican food I had... I had to go back for lunch on my touristy day! The servers were great too! The restaurant is a little cramp and packed but I did not have to wait long for dinner on a Thursday night. The swordfish and beer battered fish tacos were awesome!

We live in Florida but used to live in San Diego. The food here is the best in the Nation. When visiting San Diego we always eat here several times and take dinners home on the plane.
