Will go back!: Beautiful, relaxing, romantic. We will certainly go back. Everyone was so helpful, suggesting restuarants and things to do, even making us reservations and procuring a free dessert for us.
The food at breakfast was gourmet. Seriously. And the room was wonderful. We spent our 5 year anniversary there, and loved every minute of it!
Excellent service - great staff!: We have never felt so pampered - from the time we checked in to the delicious afternoon tea and classic movie that we watched in the parlor, the innkeepers were welcoming and eager to make our stay special. Breakfast was delicious (George is a fabulous chef)and served in a lovely dining room by candlelight - how different from a hotel! We will never forget how we were welcomed with a warm smile by Ellie and pampered by Nancy, Charles and Michele. We will most definitely return and will tell all our friends that this San Diego's best place to stay!
We will be Back Every Anniversary: Excellent location; within walking distance of Old Towne. Extremely well-kept, beautiful rooms. Not a detail was missing. Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed!!!!!
