I bought a Glock from here, and also some nightsites - and their gunsmith did a VERY BAD job on installing them. In fact, he scratched my gun, and the sites. Very poor service, and even gave me the attitude that 'so what if I scratched your new gun you just bought from us...tuff luck'.
Would not recommend to anybody.
I have been treated better and more professionally by the DMV. DGM is by far the least friendly group ive encountered at a gun shop... Most items are over priced. I got my upper reciever for $100 less online, and a parts kit for about $30 less than they were offering.
I shoot at DGM. I've been shooting there for at least the last 10 years. I am not a memeber. I've bought guns from Iron Sights, Turners, So.Cal Gun, American Shooting and Cal. Police Equipment. I've seen people come and go there, but there is a stable circle of employees there as far as I can tell. I got a good price on a Glock 34 (Beat Iron Sights) and on a Remington 710. They're busy on weekends, so deal with it! Ten Bucks a lane without a card! Go to Project 2000, Iron Sights, or American Shooting and see how you do? Fact is, this is a gun unfriendly town (despite all the military). Thank your lucky ten rings that DGM is in business for the price. Deal with the jerks there that don't realize how lucky they are to be working in a gun shop in San Diego (Most of them though are there to service you.).
