Ripp off service price, they will try to sell you more than you need. Take somewhere else for service. Warranty job not recommended either, take it to other dealer, their customer service was worth than fast food restaurant. I don't even want to go back there for oil change.
High prices, sketchy service: So it should be a red flag when the service guy deliberately winces when you tell him when your truck was last serviced--does he really think I'm going to buy into that badly acted false alarm and have my truck towed (wouldn't want to DRIVE it in that condition) down there imediately? Even worse, he didn't know the proper items for the 30k mile service and then gave me a price that was twice what the Jiffy Lube down the street will do it for. All this because I wanted a Ford mechanic to look at it before it goes out of warranty! So, I'm going to the Jiffy Lube guy to find me a warranty item for them to repair, which I'll have done at Bob Baker. (Baker has *internet access* in their lobby and prices about 40% less than Kearny Mesa.)
