User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would say they are criminals but that would be kind.. I own several 7 series as I own a limousine company so I am very familiar with thier tactics..
They replaced my rotors before the 100k warranty was up, at 102k the rotors we're shakin & whatnot. Our GERMAN mechanic verified the problem.. BMW of San Diego charged us $140 and said it was the "Front thrust arms and bushings".. SUCH BS...
Point is, PLEASE BE CAREFUL.. They are definitely UPCHARGING and creating things to fix that arent broken..

I bought my BMW from Brecht BMW in Escondido, but I live near BMW of San Diego. I've had nothing but good experiences each time I visit this dealership for regular service. They are busy, but yet the service is always prompt and personal. I've never experienced anything like other reviewers have and because the reviews were low, I felt a need to say this BMW location is typical of BMW standards.
That being said, I didn't give them 5 stars because the loaner (free) I received was unexpectedly in disrepair. The "check engine" light was even lit. But, as I said, it was free. I was only forced to drive that Toyota Corolla for one day. All the while, great service was being done to my beloved Beemer.
