User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place serves the best Pho in San Diego. I've tried other restaurants that serve Pho but no others can compare to this restaurant. It is a hole in the wall and sometimes its hard to get the waiters to refill your water. Although with the quality of their food, what more can you ask for. When you do takeout, order the noodles un-cooked. That way the portion you get when you make it at home is as big as the portion you get when you eat at in the restaurant.
