I purchased a 2009 titan, and after having to take it back to fix small scratches on it, when I got it back from the poor service department, I noticed that I had swirls all over the truck and wax all over the trim VERY VERY poor job when I brought it to their attention they too treated me like I was, a no body, Like we got your money now kick rocks.
Oh and good luck on talking to your service writer, they screen all their calls, your better off going there your self and making a scene cause thats the only way they will help you. Too bad it has to be that way.
I purchased a car in feb of 2009 and already need a new transmission new battery and four new tires and when holding my car for four days for"diagnostic" checking things on this list of 7 pages problems are not fixed as well. When speaking with management and service reps they told me" oh well, maam we will not fix that" they act as if I am an inconvience and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been there four times in the past 2 months trying to resolve any of these issues, and still none are resolved. They CONTINOUSLY refuse this and I will never use them again DO NOT GO TO THE NISSAN AT 818 CLAIRMONT MESA BLVD. WORST SERVICE EVER. I am a full time student that cannot pay for these issues and have an undrivable car! AGAIN DO NOT BRING THEM BUISNESS PLEASE.
I have purchased three cars from Mossy and love the customer serivce I receive every time. They direct me to the exact car and features I want and don't try to steer me into something I'm not interested in. When I have appointments for a tune-up or service, I'm in and out of there in the time frame I was estimated. All of my cars have been in great shape, new and used. And I've referred Mossy to friends and family who have received the best deals.
