User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought my car used. The used car customer service (Byron) is horrible. Phone calls are not returned, representatives are not friendly and are either lazy to attend issues or have too much on their plates...either way, they take their stress out on their customers. Already had to replace some parts in my car after owning it for 2 months!

Lost my car keys yesterday, called a couple of locksmith and got an estimate between 60 to a 100 dollars to get new key!!!! Called the Honda dealership,.....$7.50 plus tax. Phew!

Broke my mirror backing into a pole. Called and HMV had the part in stock and gave me an appointment for half an hour later. arrived about 11:40 and on the way home at 12:30. The final cost was less than the estimate because it took less time than they had anticipated. Great service, friendly and professional personnel.
