The food is ok if you're looking for cheap eats. Just a friendly reminder that you'll probably be in an MSG induced state afterwards.... Service varies cause the servers speak little english so you can't really ask about the dishes and the menu doesn't really give you any descriptions. The portions are generous which is really the only plus at this restaurant.

UGH! I just went there for dinner and it was horrible! We ordered egg rolls and the vegetables that came out with them smelled like fish sauce. I think it's so gross to recycle their lettuce. When we tried to send the veggies back to get another plate, the waiter walked over to the cleaning cart and washed them with the old cups of water in there! We walked out after that and he chased us down demanding that we paid for the egg rolls that we didn't touch! I will never come back! I suggest you avoid this place of the sake of your health!

Something gives me the distinct impression that the customer here was the problem. I go there a lot and have NEVER seen them "re-use" the lettuce or wash dishes in the cart. In any case, if you're rude, don't expect any nationality to treat you well.

My favorite overall Vietnamese food in San Diego. Always fresh, always interesting, most of the time the food is fast...just watch out when it's Chinese New Year and the crowd makes the wait times a little longer and the orders tend to get a little confused. The staff's English varies from good to almost non-existent. Try the rare beef salad...it's cured with lime and cilantro and is amazingly sweet. The fried wonton shrimp are great too.
