I rented with Gordon Carpenter from Rancho Mesa and everything was great until after 4 years I went to vacate. I left the house in IMMACULATE condition and Mr. Carpenter lied about the condition of the house. I sued in small claims court and ended up winning. I was VERY disappointed in the way Mr Carpenter blatantly lied after I had trusted him for 4 years. Be careful renting from him.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

Some good and some irresponsible. Rancho Mesa made them keep the property up. Once when a tenant had vacated & damaged the property they made all the preparations for court and assisted me with the repairs.
