My husband and were at arnold palmers early Sunday evening with another couple. We were the first customers there. Our waitress in the bar seemed to be having a bad day. We ordered a round of drinks and my husbands only words to the waitress was coke with no ice. She delivered it. My husband was watching Nascar on the tv and never said another word. We decided to go out on the patio and have dinner. We sat down and the Manager on duty, Sandra approached the table and attacked my husband telling him that we don't need your kind here. She accused him of being racist and speaking spanish to her. Well number one, my husband doesn't speak any spanish and number two he only ordered a coke with no ice. We were then asked to leave. The other gentleman we were with is hispanic and he spoke spanish to her, but since when is it a crime or even racist for a Mexican to speak Spanish to another Mexican. We will never go back because of this and we will never recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again. The foods not that great anyway.
I have been to this restaurant several times and the last time we went with eight people. Three of us had their top rated steak (rib eye) at $39 each and we could hardly cut it because they were so tuff. Stick with Ruth's Chris if you want good steak.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN, BUT HE IS MY HERO, AND I PLAN TO SOMEDAY SOON TAKE MY WIFE FOR DINNER THERE. I LIVE IN MADERA CA, SO IT WOULD BE A REAL TREAT TO EAT THERE.ARNOLD HAS PLAYED IN MY COMPANY'S GOLF EVENT, THE SAVE MART SHOOTOUT, AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO SIGN AUTOGRAPHS FOR EVERYONE, DO NOT SEE THAT MUCH ANYMORE.
