I bought and extended warranty called the maintenance plus gold preferred plan. They will not follow the terms. For example, it includes road hazard on the tires. But they deeny that any such coverage exists. Also, replacment of worn wiper blades. Minor and inexpensive. But they want even change the wiper blade, they deny such coverage exisits. Shows how cheap they are; as to tires, this cost me a lot of money to replace. This is not petty, this is serious money that I was defrauded out of. As to factory warranty they won't perform proper repairs/corrections and it causes me to repeatedly return to the dealer. The complaint process takes months and there is no assurance that it will result in a positive result. Nissan requires you go thru Nissan North America, but then after more than two months they never responded except to say that Palm Springs Nissan will not turn over service records and for me to get them; so I drove to PS Nissan and I got some records but many were withheld and what I have is really more or less fraudulent anyway. But I gave it over and some of my own too, to Nissan N. America because they said they couldn't get Palm Springs Nissan to give it to North America Nisan (what a joke uh?); then the silly rep whgo sounded like she is a valley girl airhead with a cutsey first name said wow I have to read these records? oh you sent me records! will yea I did as she asked for them and really there are not many records at all. She said I will call you Weds and then I never heard from her for a month; I posted a bad review and someone with an equally silly cute name called to say the first girl is not there today and had I posted a negative review? Yes I said I did I will until I get a straight answer; she said she would never keep my hanging for a month like that other girl and she will call back that week then she (the 2nd girl) never called back either; over 2 months now. I have sent certified letters, faxes etc. Ask for supervisors and so on. They refuse to reply. I personally would avoid this company like the plague. Don't go there, don't buy a car from them don't buy a Nissan from anyone, just say "no to Nissan". No Nissans! They admitted to me that their cars (the American models) have lots of problems, I have it in writting from another dealer too. So I gues if you don't live in America maybe you can look at buying a Nissan but what about their horrible customer service? Just buy something else.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO PALM SPRINGS NISSAN FOR AWHILE TO GET MY 350Z SERVICED AND AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS FINE BUT THE LAST 3 TIMES I'VE BEEN GOING, THEY BEEN HORRIBLE. I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHICH INCLUDES A CAR WASH AND THEY DIDN'T WASH IT SO I TOLD HIM THE SERVICE COMES WITH A CAR WASH AND TO WASH IT. THE GUY SAID HE'LL RUN IT THROUGH THE WASH AND HE BRINGS THE CAR OUT TO ME ALL SOAKING WET. I ASKED HIM IF THEY ARE GOING TO DRY IT AND HE TELLS ME NOT TO WORRY, IT'S A SPOT FREE RINSE. IT WILL AIR DRY AND WONT LEAVE WATERMARKS. THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS DRY IT OFF FOR ME. GEESH!!!! THEY DID THAT THE LAST 2 TIMES I WENT. ALSO, THE GUY IN SERVICE WAS TRYING TO OVERCHARGE ME $7 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I ASKED THE CASHIER WHY THE PRICE WENT UP $7 FROM LAST TIME I GOT IT SERVICED AND SHE SAID THAT THEY ARE OVERCHARGING ME $7 AND SHE WENT AHEAD AND GAVE IT TO ME FOR THE NORMAL PRICE. ALSO, EVERYTIME I GO THERE TO GET IT SERVICED, THE GUYS ARE ALWAYS PRESSURING ME TO TRADE IT IN. IT'S ANNOYING!!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO PALM SPRINGS NISSAN ANYMORE. I WILL BE GOING TO TORRE NISSAN INSTEAD.

Whoever replied on 12-09-08 is a retard. Look at the spelling - how would you know what good service is? LOL, PS Nissan is not great IMHO, but I've ok experiences as well. Maybe 'cause I look a bit intimidating...
