It was bad enough that they had to send out a different representative 4 times and numerous phone calls (and they still didn't get my internet to work properly) but they had the gall to send out people TWICE after I cancelled their service to talk to me about my service. The first one said something to the effect that he needed to check my wiring. Alarmed that I had already cancelled the service months before, I called the police to report him after he had left because I was concerned that he wasn't who he said he was. The second person showed up this evening (months later after the first incident) to ask me why I had cancelled. You may be thinking I am over reacting, but here's the thing....
I live in a gated community and they had no business coming to my door!!! There is no guard at the gate, but people from utility companies can get in. Before I called the police initially, I called Time Warner to ask them if they had sent any one from their company to "check the wiring" and they said NO they wouldn't have done that.
I am outraged at the invasion of my privacy and think people should know their marketing ploys suck. How dare they come to my door uninvited. I am furious!
Does Time Warner send sales reps at 7:45pm to your house saying that they want to offer you a way to save more money? We just had a "Time Warner" employee knock on our door at this time claiming to have ways to save us money on our cable bill.
