DON'T BUY HERE!! Trust me, unless you love paying more than sticker price and them lying to get you to pay more, do not buy your car here. There ARE dealerships OUT THERE that believe in giving people good deals, or AT LEAST fair deals...this is NOT one of them. My mom bought her car here and was literally charged more than $4,000 OVER MSRP!!! I was so furious that I called Toyota Corporate, but because my mother had already signed that paperwork that says, "no cooling off period", it was too late. I explained that they had completely taken advantage of an elderly woman, but Toyota Corporate had absolutely no interest in helping. Fortunately, the California Department of Consumer Affairs did.
I can't speak in much detail about the dealership itself, because we pretty much only had contact with one person - but they hired the best sales person we''ve dealt with at any dealership before, Jamie May. After a horrible experience with Kearny Mesa Toyota in San Diego, I went searching for dealers within hundreds of miles of our area. Jamie emailed me back quickly with detailed information and a great offer. She answered all of my questions, was very polite, and she seemed genuinely interested in customer service as the priority - which is rare to find in this business. We finalized the deal the next day and had our new vehicle. She was low pressure, easy to deal with, and was interested in making sure we got what we wanted. We will definitely use her the next time we buy a new Toyota. It's the kind of experience you hope for, but rarely actually get, when trying to buy a new car.
